Default Simply Filling/Power Foods

Hi all -
Please pardon my ignorance in advance. I'm so confused.

I read somewhere (can't recall where) that the simply filling list is not the same as the power foods list.

Prior to the switchover (today, in Canada), there was a link to the left, on the plan manager that when you clicked it, gave a list of 'simply filling foods.. Its no longer there & I now see a search and explore that has a button to click a list for power foods.

Yesterday, a skinless chicken breast was on the simply filling list and today I see its not got the green triangle beside it when I search. I know that some of the foods have been changed. I was just hoping to find an updated list of what is considered to be a 'filling food'. I don't want to count points where I don't need to, and vice versa.

Anyone?

skinless boneless is a PF. For some reason the tracker shows raw as a PF and cooked not as one. It's just a mistake.

Default power foods

Hi - Almost everything is the same. Avocados and olives are no longer on the list, but whole grain breads (some of them) are. Also, the plain FF Greek yogurt does not have a green triangle next to it in the book, but it IS a power food.

Apparently there are some errors/glitches that still have to be worked out so it's a good idea to make lists of questions to bring to your leader or, if you are an on-line member, just call WW directly and ask them.
