hey there all...

morn - 4
1/2 bagel, cof, bit o lox

lunch - 4
turkey - 4, carrots, maybe celery

dinner - 17.5
leftovers - soup-6, chicken-6, bite bread - .5, greens-1, skinny cow -4

Total - 25.5

walked @ 2 miles but did not break a sweat... will see if I have the energy to do stationary bike for 20 min after work.

Okay, yesterday was a bit stressful.

breakfast:
bbc 4
coffee 1/5
lunch:
two delightful, yet thin sugar cookies in honor of GIS day 3/8
chicken and lettuce salad w/nf dressing 4/12
after work dog stressout
hazelnut thins 3
baba ganoush 2/17
dinner:
turkey chili 4/21
after dinner stressout snack:
bowl of cereal 3/24
exercise: gym - 30 min workout, dog putter
water: not enough
vitamin: oh sure
lalala is offline
