morn - 4
1/2 bagel, cof, bit o lox
lunch - 4
turkey - 4, carrots, maybe celery
dinner - 17.5
leftovers - soup-6, chicken-6, bite bread - .5, greens-1, skinny cow -4
Total - 25.5
walked @ 2 miles but did not break a sweat... will see if I have the energy to do stationary bike for 20 min after work.
