Talking Oh Happy Day!

I LOVE NSV's! (non-scale victories). I just finished tallying up my points from yesterday and I only went over my allowed weight watcher points by 4.5 points yesterday. Not bad at all! Getting better...and the even better news is those 4.5 points included 2 apples a banana and an unplanned but really needed bowl of cereal with fat free milk before bed last night. So not even bad stuff =)

This is huge for me! I didn't binge after work, I didn't eat any candy...I am slowly learning to live with food =)

It feels good!

All the stuff you listed is more than 4.5 points. Just 2 apples and a banana are 4 points.

You made great choices and you have your WAPs and APs so continue eating wisely and enjoy!

Those are wonderful choices.

My meeting leader always says...we didn't get over weight by eating too many apples. (Or banannas or whatever fruit you want to insert here)

My biggest NSV so far (after 2 weeks) was realizing my emotional eating need BEFORE it happened...and avoided a HUGE binge. I was excited. I've always known that I binge due to stress, sadness, etc...most of us do...but I never realized it until afterwards. I avoided a lot of guilt.

You're doing great!

That's great. you can just subtract those 4.5 from your weekly points. Keep up the good work! Congrats on your 50 pound loss!

One thing I do is plan out the entire day before I even leave the house. That way I don't go over because I know what I'm allowed for the entire day.

Congrats on choosing wisely!

shytowngal, I really need to do that, but I haven't been able to. Planning and organizing will be the hardest challenge for me. I am so used to doing things at the last minute in a rush. Do you eat a lot of the same foods, or do you vary it day by day?
