Default Sigh of Relief
I just finished my first week of weight watchers (online) and I'm down 5.6 lbs. I realize that this rate of loss won't hold, but I am just sooo relieved that I lost and didn't gain. It seems like I'm eating even more on this plan than I ate originally!

That is awesome! I feel the same way about WW seems like I can eat alot more then I was. I love that nothing is forbidden. That has been the hardest part of most diet plans for me.
