Default Tips for feeling full

Every week since I first started WW, I've been getting hungrier and hungrier. I've only been in the program for three weeks, but I'm finding that I am getting more hungry over the weeks. I think I may not be eating properly because I don't know why I am this hungry. I wasn't hungry at all my first week and now I feel famished. Does anyone else feel this way?

I drink my water, and I tend to eat most of my fruits and veggies most day. I think I'm eating enough protein, but sometimes I wonder why I'm still so hungry (I'm also eating high fiber foods for the most part).

Does anyone have any tips or food that they eat to feel full?

Thanks!

chew gum. Seriously, even after I eat a good meal, it seems to take a bit for my stomach to register that its full, and my mouth still wants to eat...so I chew gum! Seems to help (although I am only 3 weeks in too lol)

Green tea is great too!

If I'm feeling hungry/snacky I boil some water and add Matcha powder to it. The warm liquid + tea is very nice .

I like to have a Full Bar (Costco has them) with a large mug of tea.

Also, I make sure there's tons of fiber (aka veggies) in every meal and snack.

Gum is great too. If I want something warm and comforting, I have a Swiss Miss hot cocoa for 60 calories. It's SO good. I've tried the 25 calorie one and really didn't like it but I know some ladies here do like it.

Sparkling water sometimes is good.

Oh, and during the day, I'll have a Starbuck's Grande Carmel Frapaccino light (no whipped cream or carmel drizzle on top) and it has about 135 calories and because of all the ice, it stuffs me!

I wonder how many points is in that? That swiss hot cocoa sounds really good.

ValRock, what is matcha powder?

I like the gum idea. I do tend to chew gum and I find it helps to an extent.

Thanks for the tips, everyone!
