So far I haven't had to use my flex points or activity points. I really save a lot for dinner and evening snacks as that is my worse hunger time. Breakfast has been coming along slowly.
I divide them all evenly between breakfast, lunch and supper. If I do that, I don't get hungry between meals. If I skimp on breakfast, EVERYTHING is a red light food for the rest of the day. So right now I have 29 pts - 10 for breakfast and lunch and 9 for dinner. I can do dinner on 7 or less easy, but I cook at home (I don't think I could do that if I ate out).
I rarely snack but if I do I use 1-3 points for it. I also use most of my Flex Points on the weekends, the weekdays are easy for me since I eat breakfast and lunch at work.
My leader once said to divide the points in half and use half for Breakfast and Lunch and the other half for dinner and any snacking. I save all of my flex and AP for the weekend eating.
