Monthly munchies

  • Well it's that time of the month again and the hormones have taken over. I feel hungry / starved all day and the cravings are out of control. It's going to be a long few days...any suggestions?
  • More protein with every meal and snack, this has the longest satiety value. If you are craving chocolate, have something like a SF FF Jello pudding snack (1 point) instead of candy. Keep lots of filling foods cut up and ready to snack on. Have other activities you enjoy to do instead of eating.
  • I second the sugar free jello and pudding snacks. I put a dollop of sugar free Cool Whip on mine to give it a little kick and it satisfies those TOM cravings for me.
  • If you have a chocolate craving and have a few more points to spare, I suggest trying the new Pretzel M&M's. They are only 3 points a bag and I know I sometimes need to indulge a little more then just a pudding cup, which is my usual go to for something sweet.
