Default Hi:) I'm new - and have a question:)

Hello - I'm Beth, I just wanted to introduce myself I've been doing weight watchers online for a few months and have lost 16 pounds so far.

I have a question.....I have been looking at all the recipes that are posted and I am curious as to when WW changed the way the point system was calculated? I'm worried that if I use the point value of a recipe that was posted years ago that the point value wont be the same today...any thoughts?

If WW was the poster of the recipe the points are correct.

If the recipes are on other than the WW website, don't trust the points even if it was posted today. Many people misfigure points. You need to do it for yourself. You say you are doing WW online, so use the receipe builder to check points.

I assume any recipe you find off of the WW site is true to it's Point value. Other websites are a different matter though. I have several WW cookbooks that I ordered off of eBay, and they have some wonderful recipes in them. You might can find some at your local library too. I did that and I copied several that I keep in a notebook. Just some ideas. Good luck!
