Results question

  • What are your weekly results? I am back on the WW bandwagon, and trying to find out roughly how many pounds a week I will lose. Any advice would be helpful!
  • Every week seems to be a surprise for me .

    Depends on what I eat and how much I move around, and other TMI things, but here are a few of my weekly results (not in any order).

    1st gain:
    +0.6
    two lowest losses:
    -0.8
    -1.4
    two highest losses (not counting first loss):
    -2.6
    -3.0

    It was nice that I managed that -3.0 after that +0.6 week, though I think I ate on the ride over to the meeting on that gain week so maybe that had something to do with the "larger" loss shown the week after.

    So on average, about .5 to 2 lbs.

    It really depends on how well I follow the daily health guidelines for me.

    Water, fresh veggies, and avoiding a lot of processed and salty foods are key!

  • Glad to have you back on the bandwagon! I had been off weightwatchers for years and just started back Jan. 4. I weigted today at meeting and was down another 2 pounds. So far in the 9 weeks I have been back to ww I have lost 19.5 pounds. Most weeks I am losing 1.5 to 2 pounds (except for first 10 days where I lost 7.5 pounds). Loving it this time. I am tracking everything I eat (always cheated before), drinking my water, and exercising. I am determined to stay with the program this time and give it a chance to work. Good luck!
