Great Range brand Ground Bison points?
Does anyone have any idea how many points are in 1 pound of the ground bison? When I used my points calculator, it says 20 points for the entire pound. (That is raw points.) I used the ground bison in place of lean hamburg in the meatloaf muffin recipe and when I figured up one serving I came out with 3 point per muffin. (I thought the bison would be a lot leaner than the hamburg...) Am I calculating this right? Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to mis-calculate my points! Thanks!
