What is the official defination of OP? Some days I eat over my max, and other days I'm at my min. points. I average out my weekly points and as long as I'm not above the max. or below the min. when I take my exercising into consideration, I consider myself to be OP. I have been at WW for just shy of a year and by my defination, have never been OP.
I don't beat myself up if I eat more on the weekend. I just control the max points and don't go over 5 points from the max range. It sometimes means that I cannot have a second glass of wine, but I will pick good food over a good glass of wine any day.
This is a lifestyle change and I want to enjoy my weekends. Somedays, and ususally on weekends, I'm just more hungry.
