On Google type in "Buffalo Wild Wings Nutrition Information" and you'll get a lot of sites that are helpful. The daily plate has a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings foods listed.

Hubby and I went there yesterday (as we often do on Wednesdays) for their Wednesday 60 cent leg special.

I use a food exchange system, and one leg works out ot about 3 protein exchanges (plus one carbohydrate exchange for the sweeter sauces).

I don't have my WW calculator with me, but if I remember correctly from when I was doing WW, I believe most of the legs are 4 points (closer to 5 for the very sweet sauces like asian zing or honey barbecue) each.

Of the sauced items, the legs are the best calorie (and on Wednesdays the best financial) bargain - with more protein, less fat and fewer calories for the amount of food than the wings, boneless wings and tenders.

I think the lowest is the grilled chicken buffalitos , they are really good too - but make sure you add the chips and salsa separate or just have a side salad with them - I LOVE buffalo wild wings too, but at 88 cals and 6 grams of fat per boneless wing, no wonder I am so fat! I feel your pain

I just love Buffalo Wings so I've been making my own versions at home lately using this stuff--Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing sauce:

http://www.franksredhot.com/products_b.php

I swear, this is so good. Sometimes I pour it on a Boca Chik'n patty and put it on toasted light bread, sometimes I pour it on popcorn chicken I bought frozen and heat up in the microwave, and tonight I think I'll pour it on a chicken breast. It is so easy and it really does taste good, and you save major Points (and money!).

I tried the grilled wings at our nearest Buffalo Wild Wings...not impressed. The portion was scrawny at best and the wings severely overcooked...nearly inedible. I was mad I wasted my calories at all...

Be careful to budget points for the grilled chicken buffalitos, they are 16 points (2 tacos).

The naked tenders are 6 points (6 pieces). Also, add points for sauce - the medium buffalo sauce is 4 Tablespoons for 2 points.

Okay, these are a bit high in sodium for me but I work it in...they taste better with a bit more Red Hot on them too, during cooking and when serving... http://www.gardein.com/products.php?p=1

NO cholesterol, 120 calories, 16 grams protein, 2.5 grams fat and 2 grams of fiber!!!
