steamed squash/parm/crouts 1

carrot stix

roast chicken 9
mashed potatoes 3
buttered green beans 1

snack:
choc milk 2.5
peach 1

total: 27

exercise: stairmaster 40 mins -2

pasta puttanesca or something
exercise: dog putter, gym, dog putter, weeding

vitamin: si,si
