Today is my start day and I'm excited, but nervous at the same time. I have tried WW in the past with not much success, but If I'm to be honest, it was with not much effort. I want this to work so badly. I'm trying to go about it as analytical as possible. I have a calendar I have printed off to write in my weight every week, as well an excel sheet with every meal of the day and I will write in all the points to ensure Im eating all of my 23 points. I'm ready for victory.
