How is everyone? My name is Nicole

I first started WW last May but went off because I found it put too many restrictions on me so I begn to count calories and didn't see results. I am now back on WW and have decided to start over on Monday (probably more like Saturday) I have found the past couple days that I hardly eat at all but only have one point left total for the day...has/does that happen to any of you? I really need help/motivation to stay OP and any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA!
