Hi, my name is Carrie. And I started WW 8 weeks ago. So far I am doing pretty good on the plan with total 22.4 lbs lost. I obviously have a lot more to lose and I think this is a pretty good start. I am learning lots of new ways to cook and new foods to eat. Cut out Fast Food and Pop/sugars except for Taco Bell Fresco every once and awhile. I also am doing the Wii Active 30 day challenge and love it.

Oh my gosh the Wii fit is so worth it.
I use it all the time and you actually do break a sweat
and it's fun. To me it was totally worth the money.
And if you have children you can get them working out on it as well, a great frist step for kids to a healthy life style.
