Hello, a friend suggested I use this site for support. I am new to WW and can not afford to officially join for meetings. I have everything I need to do it all at home. My start weight is 189 and goal weight is 165. I'm using Monday as my weigh in day. Just wanted to stop in a say "hi" and to see if there is a forum for Monday weigh in's.
Hi there! You can check under the clubs section to find a group that is appropriate for you, or you can just weigh in and post it for support.
