Well, your weigh in is over by now, and I hope you had a loss. In any event, today is a new day, and you can make up your mind to begin fresh right now. Most of us do have hectic schedules, with jobs, school, children, spouses, etc. and have to find time for planning and preparation of meals. You're right - it can get very hectic, but it's doable! One thing I know for sure - if you want this, you'll find a way. If not, you'll find an excuse. The fact that you're reaching out shows that you DO want this. You could take one evening or weekend afternoon and make ahead enough dinners for the entire week. Get your veggies cleaned and bagged in individual portions, etc. Check out the menu section here for many great ideas!
