lunch:

hi protein bar thingie 4/13.5
dinner:
pineapple jicama salsa 1/14.5
halibut 3/17.5
tortillas 3/20.5
salsa
horchata 2/22.5
snack:
apple 1
peanut butter 2/25.5
water: si,si
vitamin: si,si
exercise: dog putter, garden haulage - more compost and weeding, 45 min elliptical this am
goal for today- stay under 23 pts- this is not humanly possible for me, i have decided this.

It is hard staying OP while fighting off a bit of depression, but so far today I am still within my point range.

Morning
veggie sausage 2

ww bread 2
ww bar 2

Midday
boca spicy "chicken" patty 3
cheese 2
ww pita 1
soy drink 3

Evening
veggie drumsticks 2
pasta 4
broccoli 0

Total: 22

Exercise:
weight training
20/20/20 class (step/kickboxing/toning)

Its hard to stay in the points range when you are not feeling blue. I hope you feel better soon. You are doing great.
