Thanks so much, everyone, for your stories! I'm glad I'm not alone in feeling the total frustration of doing the right thing without the corresponding weight loss! I have to put this in perspective and think that maybe doing the right thing will eventually pay off!
I remember going to a Canadian Weight Loss Company who will not be named, and after weeks of getting expensive B12 shots in the butt 3 times a week, the weight loss stopped. The nurse there told me that the reason I wasn't losing weight is that my "body won't ... RELEASE...". Then the MD there told me that if I was dreaming about food in my sleep, I wouldn't lose any weight, which is why their program wasn't working for me. If I stopped having nighttime dreams about food, I would lose the weight, so it was MY FAULT....
Seriously, maybe just working the plan will be good enough for now!

Yup, I have had a full check-up and blood work done, and everything is fine. Perhaps this is just a blip. Hopefully. Just ate a large meal to see if this will kickstart things (and by large, I mean within my WW Flex point limit)...sigh...

Have you also tried eating different foods different days? Switching up your diet some? Maybe a little more variety would help? Also, as suggested, you might need to use some more of your flex/activity points. Once your body gets used to functioning on 24 pts (or whatever you eat) and no fat, then your weight loss can stall. Your body adjusts and knows that's all it's getting so it's conserving what it can. I've also heard (and have yet to try) that you might want to take your total weekly points and eat a different amount each day. Throw your body for a loop - maybe eat 35 points one day - then only 20 the next. I'm sure you get the idea. Give it a jump start so to speak!

Good luck!

Ms Trying! Thanks for the advice. I know there is a plan out there that involves points cycling and I have been considering it. I think your points are really relevant and bang on target, too. I've learned to become a bit more patient, too, and to accept the fact that I am a bit of a turtle when it comes to weight loss.
When I really, really slow down, I might give points cycling a try.
Thanks! You hang in there too!
