I recenctly reached lifetime member and am finding it difficult not to creep up a few lbs. One thing that helps me is my palm pilot- I have the ww program,including the complete companion and other databases I got from 3fc.com of different restuarant foods and thier point values. I also get on the scale every morning-they say you shouldn't but I feel it keeps me in line.
I have to start attending ww mtgs every week- I have my monthly weigh in on wed and I think I'm going to have to pay-ugh!!!!!!!!!!good luck
