Default Back on track!!!

So...I'm back to WW again after a few months of not doing so well. I've been trying to somewhat still follow the program, but around Christmas time, I just fell off the wagon completely, and my excuse of 'oh it's the holidays' can no longer apply 2 months later! I made it to Lifetime and maintained my goal for 6 months, but then it's like I just CRAVED sugar nonstop. I've got to get back to the program..I'm getting married in 5 1/2 months and going on a cruise, so I want to look stunning in my dress and good in my bikini!

Any suggestions for craving controls??

Hey Katie, welcome back

The only advice I have for craving controls is before you give into a craving, take a second to determine why you really want it. Bored? Stressed? Sad? Lonely? If it's anything like that, you're not really looking for the food, and food won't make that feeling go away. However, also perfectly reasonable is the conclusion that you just REALLY want chocolate or a cookie or something, and in that case I usually advocate going for it - reasonably. Have a piece of really good dark chocolate, or your absolute favorite cookie (just one) to try to knock the craving out instead of just denying it for weeks on end. That's the best I can think of
