I'm shelly. I have been on many diets, and finally decided enough is enough. So on January 17, I joined weight watchers (for the third time) and so far I have lost 11.9 pounds. Which is really good considering I have a broken ankle. My starting weight was 255 so I have around 100 pounds I want(and need) to loose. With the support of this site I know my goal is withing reach.
Hi and welcome. 11.9 pounds is fantastic!! How's the ankle doing? I like the Weight Watchers program, too, but I lost count of how many times, I've started over. Hope to see you around the posts often. You're doing great.
