I have lost over 10 pounds on weight watchers, but my points allowance hasn't went down on my e-tools trackbar. I think I should be allowed one less point now. Do I need to update it myself or should it do it automatically? If I need to, how do I change it?

The program is supposed to prompt you to retake the quiz but anytime one of the 5 factors (gender is hard to change LOL) you should retake the quiz.

ok, i can't find the quiz! i have looked all over the site and i can't find it. i dropped from the "2s" to the "1s" this last weigh in so i'm sure my pts have changed. can someone point me in the right direction ?

I've seen it a few times but one way to get to it is click on "Weight Tracker". Near the top, it should say "POINTS TARGET: __" Click on the number and there you have the quiz.
