I posted this elsewhere but no response:

I reached my 10% goal a week before Christmas I was so excited and showed everyone my award. Now I am embarassed and feel like I should give my award back. I gained 2 pounds after Christmas and New Year's and then lost one pound this week. It took me FOREVER to got there and then I freakin lost it.

So my question is this:

How many times did you hit your 10% goal before it "stuck"?

Everybody at some time or another has hit a bump in the road where their fluctuates--even at Lifetime I don't always have the same weight every week. Don't stress out about it, the holidays are over and you'll be back on track, be proud of your accomplishments to date.

Congratulations on reaching your 10%!!!
