Hey there Patch!
On the exercise front I'm way behind this week. I have managed to get out and get some walking in but not what I would have liked to have gotten in.
A great stress reliever for me is walking...if I'm stressed out I'll get more than just my regular walk in. Depending on the day (and the weather) if the office is getting to me I'll pull on my sneakers and take a walk on my 15-minute break. It also helps to get me away from the fray and gives me a chance to regroup. In the Spring/Summer I like getting to work early and getting a morning walk in as well as one at noon (as long as it's not hot and humid). Another thing that helps to keep things in perspective for me is to make a list of what I want/need to do...there's not a better feeling than when I can cross something off of my list and feel that I've at least accomplished something.
This week I've been trying to focus on making sure I journal daily and move as much as possible. With the weather being as crappy as it has been I've been fighting the urge to just be a slug
It just doesn't seem like Spring at all here...we've had snow every day since Spring first came...
Enough rambling here...I'll post my points/exercise/weight tomorrow.
Update: I went for my WI at noon and was up .6--not too bad considering the "accident" with the caramel eggs!
