I was using the Volumetrics eating plan, But being spoiled in the past with WW, I just couldn't see myself sticking to it, so I didn't sign up for meetings due to lack of money but I did sign up for online. Ive already lossed 9.1 pounds, and now with WW ill be looking foward to seeing the rest of the weight melt off!!!

No I did the flex plan in the past, and I am going to stick with that. It seemed to work better for me.

i mustve misunderstood then cuz it seemed like you were raving about volume. good luck on flex.
