    cupcake-spice cake w/pumpkin puree and a bit of cream cheese frosting 5/24
    2 oz. 1996 reserve merlot 2/25
    bites of eggplant sandwich (forgot about it till now) 3/28
    exercise- 1.25 hours yoga (great class ), 20 min stair master
    water- si,si, but not enough
