I was wondering if anyone here can help me? I went to my very first WW meeting last week. It was fine, and I was glad to get the materials, but I am not sure if I'll continue with the meetings.
However, we realized our house scale needed to be replaced. I knew when the WW scale had me over 3 lbs heavier than our house scale, with my weighing myself at home right before leaving for the meeting.
So we got a new one that seems to be closer to what the WW scale said for me. I'd like to weigh in probably just one more time (for now) to compare the two and log if I've lost anything.
Here's my question. We live in a kind of rural area with not too many meetings. It's a crazy week for my husband, so he can't really watch the kids so I can go to a meeting.
Tonight at 6 there is a meeting right in our town. Does anyone know if I can run in and get weighed, then leave, or if I have to stay for the meeting? I think I trust our 12 year old enough to sit with our 4 year old just long enough for me to do that, but I don't think he's ready to babysit for anything more than that. He doesn't, either.
Also, there is a WW center about 15 mins from here, and that's where I went to the first meeting. They have "open hours" tomorrow morning, and they are also open Saturday morning for a meeting.
Can I just go there and weigh in, purchase any bars or shakes I might want, and get going? What are "open hours?"
I have until Saturday to weigh in, but I want to know if I *have* to stay for a meeting, too.
Thanks!

. In the beginning it's easy to splurge a little too much, though I've never used up a whole week's allotment for the flex points.
