Going Back

  • Hi ladies! I am new to this group but definitely not new to WW or 3fc! I am going back to WW today. Meeting is at 5 but I'm eating on track already. I figure why wait till the meeting to start? I sewed my wild oats (so to speak) this weekend and am starting fresh today. I have worked the plan very successfully before and intend to do the same now. I am going to Vegas in June and want to lose at least 30 lbs before I go. That is 10 lbs a month till I leave (June 28) so it is totally doable!

    I am looking forward to meeting you all and motivating each other to get through our journeys!

  • Thanks for the welcomes! I made it to the meeting and was a little higher than I thought (I thought I was 208 and weighed in at 208.8). I'm ok with it. It's only .8. I can do it still! We made goals for the month and I set mine for 10 lbs for the month. I am sure I can do it. I thought about going 15 but I tend to do that...set a really high goal then I get all disappointed when I don't get to it. So I'm going to leave it at 10 for now and if I get there sooner then I'll reassess then.
  • Vegas how fun! I am new too, so welcome. I am sure you can do it! The weather is nicer you can start walking and exercising. I have used the snow as my excuse for the last month!

  • Oh I plan on hanging around. You are all gonna be sick of me! LOL I tried to do ww on my own but found I needed the meetings to make it work. I'm sure this group will help me too in between meetings.

    I have no excuse for not exercising...I have a gym membership! I need to get back there! And I will!
