Default think I've finally figured out my problem...

I have NO will power!& there's too many hours in my day.
I get up @4am & don't go to bed till 10pm,too many hours for me to lose my will power!
I know,it probably sounds like a big cop out,but now that I know my weakness, maybe I can do something about it??
I hope it's O.K. to still post even though I haven't decided if WW is for me.
I do want to say that I am riding my exercise bike every night & am drinking more water, but still haven't lost any pounds yet.

Of course it's okay to post!

I believe that identifying our problems and weaknesses is a huge step towards solving or lessening them. For example, now that you realize you have many hours in the day, perhaps planning small snacks throughout will help you to feel satisified all day long.

I'm glad to see you're riding your bike & getting your water in, but those two alone don't often allow much weight loss if any. We usually have to restrict our food intake at least some.

Boy do I hear you!!! On my really really long days I have such a problem staying on track. My hours mirror yours on most week days and it's ONLY those days where I have problems staying on track. I think it has to do with my body's tiredness and just wanting more energy so it keeps asking for food.. That's kind of how I think of it. Knowing that this is my *trigger* helps me to stay on track because then I know that I'm just tired, not really hungry...
