Default monthly challenge: february

i'm challenging myself to stay motivated and op to see how much weight i can lose in feb. anyone is welcome to join me.

feb goal:5 lbs

Thanks for posting this in a central location where all WW's will see it. Hmmm, let's see, there are about 2 1/2 weeks of February left, so I'll join you.

Goal - lose 7 pounds in February; 4 1/2 gone so far, 2 1/2 to go!

My birthday is the last day of this month, and my goal is to reach the 20 pounds lost mark! My reward for reaching the goal will be shopping for new underwear!

my goal is to lose 5 more pounds this month. i think currently i have lost 4. keeping the fingers crossed and out of the snacks! this last week has been hard on me and i'm not sure why at the moment, i just know i don't want to weigh in tomorrow!

I'm going to make a different sort of goal - not to eat more than my 35 flex points in a week. This has only happened once, but I'm not going to let it happen again!

That's a good goal Free, I should try that, too. I made it under this week by 2, I have the opposite problem as you, I think I only stayed under 35 1 week this year!!

I'm going to set a wimpy goal of 162 by the end of the month and a stronger goal of 160 by the EOM.

welcome....thanks for joining us i know feb. is almost overm, but i plan to do a new thread each month, so no matter


my goal is just to stay op and hope that that leads to a loss. i hope to resume the gym mid week next week.

Lost 3.6 first week, so try for another 2.4 following until the end of Feb.

im glad i just said that cuz i just realized i only have 2 more wi's and since im not exercising and tom due soon i dont think i will pull another 4

I'm going to challenge myself to exercise at least 3x each week for the remaining two weeks in February. I've been slacking lately and need to pick it up!
