Hey everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself... I'm Sarah and I just recently joined WW. This is my second week on the plan (FLEX) and I actually LOVE it! I feel better already. I'm really looking forward to getting to know you all!

Hi My name is Jenn and I am new here too.

I started my own diet this week and since sunday I have lost 6lbs.

And I feel so Great!!!!!!

It is amazing what eating right does for your body isn't it?

hi, I am new here also. I know we can do this!!! I'm sure this quote has been posted, but someone told me "nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels" and I totally agree with that statement. Just think of that anytime you think of having something you shouldn't.
