Default A lot to lose book

What exactly is this, and should I get it considering I need to lose about 100 more pounds?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I haven't seen it yet and won't be going to another meeting until Saturday

Thanks in advance!

I think it's one that you can pick up free -- there are about four, but I forget the others (is one for nursing mothers?) I got one and was a bit disappointed. The information is very basic -- the kind you'd read in a magazine article. I had hoped for something more substantial (it's really just a brochure).

That's how I remember it, anyway
