Me too Lala. Have a good meeting with your WW leader, I'm sure you'll figure it out. I think perhaps all the traveling and eating on the go may have a good deal of effect of the yo yo ing. Actually I think it's pretty remarkable you've been able to maintain as well as you have.
Well, last week's eating was probably more points than I thought... I weighed in yesterday and had gained 1.6 pounds! - going from 126.8 to 128.4 - need to focus the rest of this week.
Morning 3.5
1/3 bagel - 2, egg white - .5, cof - 1
Midday 7
yup tofu and veggies, and sm egg roll
Eve (14.5)
wine - 4, cheese - 5, toast - 2, seared ahi - 2, bite mac n cheese - 1.5
Total 25
water - some
