I live in the country and it is a bit inconvenient to get to a gym after work. Plus I am tired after work - what do you girls do when you know you need to do some kind of exercise each day, but have no idea where to start?
When I first started, I bought a yoga for beginners tape and would do that. Now, I usually go to the gym 3-4 times but if I'm tired I'll do the tape. I think stretching, yoga, or pilates are good places to start because they aren't as much "work" as cardio
I got an elliptical machine and have yet to use it.
So, my goal for August will be to lose 8 lbs, use the elliptical for at least 15 minutes three times a week, and do my pilates video at least 2 times a week.
