Default anyone doing WW with Alli?

Hi.
I just started WW. Hit my first meeting on Tuesday, actually. I'm doing alright, I guess. Planning is going to take me a bit to get used to; I went over my daily req't by 3 yesterday, but subtracted them from the weekly allowance. Doing better today.
I have a long way to go (140 pounds or so) and while I realize this isn't a quick fix, I'm wondering if anyone is taking alli while they're doing WW and if they're having any success.
I'm ready to change my lifestyle and have already started with baby steps, but if I can get a boost, I'd sure take advantage of it.

Thanks!

I haven't used any diet aides or supplements during my weight loss. I think you'll find that if you stick to the plan and work in exercise, the weight will come off pretty steadily. I've been at this for 51 weeks, and really had no problems until the last 10 pounds, at which time the losses slowed down drastically. With some self-evaluations that I've been doing the last week or so, the plan hasn't slowed down, I have. By being back on plan 100%, making sure to work in the daily exercise and the 8 healthy guidelines, I'm sure I'll be losing at my normal rate again with no problem!

I agree with the others and say work the plan as it was intended. It's a lifestyle change and in the long run you will have learned to eat better and exercise. It's a winning plan all by it's self
Good luck!

Default Tried It!

Well, Idid try Alli. I started my WW plan April 30th. I was losing at a healthy rate of about 2 ponds a week, but I was curious about Alli and wanted to give it a try. So when it came on the market on June 15th I purchased. I have no complaints about the product, however I don't think it was a huge help to me. The reason why is because I was already eating a very low fat diet just following my plan. So therefore I was having a problem eating enough fat for the pills to really work. Don't get me wrong there are occasions that I do eat enough fat for it to really work. Not often though because I am a quantity kind of girl, so I stick to lower fat stuff, and lots of veggies and lean meats so I can eat a little more and still be within my points range. So while this may work for some I don't think it was the thing for me. When my one month supply was gone I did not get more. Again, no complaints, just thinking I was doing OK with my WW plan.
