Hi! I'm not at goal yet, but I'm close (though I'm thinking of dropping my goal to 145, actually). I have a question. I do WW without going to meetings and I can't find anything in my materials about adding calories back in for maintenance. When I hit my goal, how many points do I add back in? Is it based on my weight at the time? Is there a handy chart somewhere? I can find stuff online based on calories but I'm more used to thinking in terms of points, and I'd like to see WW's recommendations.
I currently eat 22 points on most days and 24 on others, though I often add 4 activity points as well because I run quite a few miles and need some extra fuel for that. My base is 22, though, which I've just dropped from 24 very recently. If I decide to maintain at 165, what point target should I go for? Or if I move on to 145, what point target will help me maintain that weight?
Any help is HUGELY appreciated.
