LOL courtnie, I have a friend who has a boston. His name is Buttons, aka Monsieur Boutons. He is the most cat-like dog I've ever met and mostly wants to curl up on my friend's lap.

Default Just a little..

I was down .6 today. The topic at our meeting today was overcoming a plateau, and that's what I needed to hear. My meeting has had some staff changes lately, and I had offered to be a back-up receptionist. The leader asked if I would also fill in for her if she's ever gone. I'm not too sure I'd be good at it, but am willing to give it a shot.

Don't worry Andrea, there is still plenty of time left in July.

I am so proud of myself. I wanted to stop for fast food last night, but somehow I came straight home. I had two hot dogs for just 4 points! Hewbrew Nat'l LF hot dogs and white wheat buns (all just 1 point each) so I got my junk food fix without sacrificing points.

Susan - Congrats on the loss and on the recognition by your leader!
Princess Peach - WTG on your healthy fast food choice! That's a great NSV.

Default Good Treat

I don't know how many of you have the Schwan's truck come to your homes, but I just found a good treat. It's a rainbow sherbet bar and it's 0 points. Also, have any of you tried Weight Watchers bread? I can't find it here.

I haven't tried the bread, but I eat the bagels and english muffins all the time. If you're near a Wal-Mart, you should be able to find them there.

Nice find with the sherbet bar!

Default Regarding the sherbet bar from Schwan's...

60 calories, 0 g fat and 6 g fiber. I also really like the WW sundae cones for 2 points each.

I haven't been able to find any of the WW bread items at our Wal-Marts here. Do any of you have a 1-point bread that you really like?

One of my fellow members was talking about BLT's yesterday...Bites, Licks, and Tastes!! I didn't nibble between meals at all yesterday, and I noticed a difference when I did my morning weigh-in at home.
