OK, this is midnight Sunday night, Monday morning. I am going to start WW this time, for real. NO EXCUSES! I have been on here a few times, but I am gaining again. So, I joined a gym. I was so discouraged after working out for a month and GAINING , I didn't even go last week. But now, I am starting over, Monday I am hitting it hard. So, my question is, is the Wendy plan kinda like a kickstart or plateau buster? Should I start it tomorrow?
