I started weight watchers 2 weeks ago, I weighed 253 when I started now I weigh 242. I am working out 4 times a week for about 5 hours total a week, 2 hours every monday with a personal trainer and then 1 hour 3 days a week on my own. I am also taking a diet pill he prescribed me called phentermine. So I guess it is a combo of all 3 diffrent things I am doing.
I'm so HAPPY for you - way to go! And keeping with your MD's advice and under his/her supervision is terrific. I can hardly wait to hear about week 3!!! (Darn it, I thought these carrots DANCED...)
I remember you asking about the program a few weeks so go so congrats to you for joining and doing so well. I'm on my 4th week and like you had a great two weeks and lost 8.5 pounds and was so happy that I began going off the end a bit and it's so hard to get back on so please try your best to keep it up every day. I'm proud of your accomplishment.
