Default Journal- Monday, Nov. 19, 2001

I feel like going into detox.

breakfast:
fruit 1/1
coffee 1/2
snack:
my lunch, black bean lasagne 5/7
satsumas 1/8
lunch:
oatmeal 4/12
dinner:
luna bar 4/16
definitely applesauce, fennel salad and the last artichoke and
salad.
double bleah.

bleah.

i'm definitely up, but going to wi tomorrow.
gotta take the hit and move on.

I know what you girls mean. I thought by cutting protein bars into quarter point pieces I'd have more control, but I actually have less control. I've been losing track how many I've had. Meet you at the clinic.

Stressful day. Too much munching, but stayed in my range, barely.

Morning
eggs 4
pumpkin pancakes 2
protein bar pieces 2

Midday
steamed vegetable dumplings 4
veggie soup 0
crystallized ginger 3
seaweed stick 3

Evening
boca spicy chicken patty 3
squash 2
broccoli 0
light english muffin 1
protein bar pieces 1

1/2 chicken cutlet - 5, 1 pc bread - 2
banana - 2

Evening - 14
salmon - 7, greens - 1, potato - 2, apple - 1, 1/2 c low fat ice cream - 3

total - 26

running around exercise - earned 1
