I feel like going into detox.
breakfast: fruit 1/1 coffee 1/2 snack: my lunch, black bean lasagne 5/7 satsumas 1/8 lunch: oatmeal 4/12 dinner: luna bar 4/16 definitely applesauce, fennel salad and the last artichoke and salad. double bleah. bleah. i'm definitely up, but going to wi tomorrow. gotta take the hit and move on. sigh. |
I think I definitely gotta go cold turkey on the toffee bars, so I'll meet you at Betty Ford's, lala.

I know what you girls mean. I thought by cutting protein bars into quarter point pieces I'd have more control, but I actually have less control. I've been losing track how many I've had. Meet you at the clinic.
Stressful day. Too much munching, but stayed in my range, barely. patch, it's never too late to journal!!! anyway, it gives me something to read at lunchtime.
