Default WW vs Sparks?

I've read a few posts around the weight loss community that suggest folks turning toward Sparks and leaving WW. I've had success with WW in the past (when I work the program!) and am trying once again, just wondering if anyone used Sparkspeople instead and if so, why?

Thanks in advance!

I have never head or Sparks? There is a SparksPeople website for healthy eating? Could that be it. However if you follow 8 Good Health Guidelines you are eating healthy with W/W.

I just did a brief search for it. But unless it is a 'financial' issue i don't see anything different than W/W really.

BTW there are a few at W/W official site that are utilizing it for like the calorie counter, etc but still following W/W.

I follow the Weight Watchers plan, but I do SP as well. The SP website has quite a bit more info and support than the WW website. The resources including the articles and motivation are enormous on SP.

I like *********** so far - just started using it. It is easy to maneuver and free. I also like that you can use their menus or your own. Sue
