Default Yoga and Activity Points

I just completed my Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss DVD, which is 47 minutes long. As it's yoga, it was low intensity for me. (Today is my rest day from cardio and strength training.)

Yet, I got 2 Activity Points for it. Doesn't that seem awfully high?

I'm not sure how Activity Points are calculated, but I get less points (only 1) for being on the elliptical for 30 minutes at moderate intensity.

Weird, or no?

Odd, yes, but I am a huge fan of yoga and all its benefits, so I would say take it and run! And points or no points, make it a regular part of your life. Yoga is amazing if nothing else for the benefits that regular practice have on your dieting efforts- more mindfulness, stress management, etc. Enjoy!

Thanks! I aim to practice yoga every other day (on the days I don't do strength training). I really love it, and the way it makes my body feel!
