Had weigh in today and lost another 1.4 lbs. for a grand total of 80.6 lbs. since 6-15-06 !!!

Tara - lol i hope we get those new hershey's bars over here in NZ sometime soon.. i'm all for low calorie chocolate!

I had a good day today - stuck to my points, and still had really yummy food! And i'm just drinking my final glass of water!!!!! I really need to work on eating my vegetables though, i've never been a big vegetable fan.....

Good morning everyone,
I had a total out day yesterday..OMG. I feel so bad today. Lots of things happening at work ..I'm an emotional eater.
I have forgave myself and I'm ready for a new day. I just hate it when I regress to my old habits.
I'll go workout after work. I probably need to workout overnight to make up for yesterday...lol.

and way to 'wear' the pants too!!! sounds like a good plan to me!

ive not much planned other than a short a.m. workout and watching the tube all day tomm. i will prob go swimming after dinner and then sunday i need to buy food for the week.

Hey everyone,
Thanks for the encouragement. I do real well for a while then I just fall off the wagon for a few days, but I WILL NEVER GIVE UP. I don't intend to spend my golden years in poor health because of obesity. I'm blessed. My highest weight was 306 and I never had any problem with my heart or blood pressure. I just need to stay focused and loose it before the problems start.

Having a great day. Dh and I spent the morning running errands (shopping)
It was nice. He works such long hours that we don't get to spend much time together.
I've done better today on food, but I didn't make it to workout yesterday or today. Yesterday we got 6.5 inches of rain. I just drove right past the gym.
instead of getting out in the downpour.

Everyone have a great w-end...Later

WOO HOO! I have only 3 lbs to go until I hit goal again. It's been a long long journy but boy it feels good to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

The best advice I got through my journy was "No Matter What - Stay in the Game!"
