I only use parts of it, but I do like what I use! I track my weight and progress online. I also use the points finder once in a while, and the recipe builder occassionally. I track my food/points in the journals offered by WW for several reasons. I like to be able to glance at it on the kitchen counter and see where I am for the day, but I also keep other notes on there. I write the day of the week at the top because I have different schedules on different days of the week, and that way at a glance I can see why I maybe didn't eat breakfast one day or something like that. I also jot my exercise down on the bottom of the page for the day, and any extra notes that I may want to remember if I had a week where I didn't lose as much as normal, like so-and-so's birthday party, TOM, etc. In the front of the book I do still track my weight loss progress, even though I also do that online.
