Soon to join the ranks!
I am joining WW today and I am very excited about it. I need the accountability more than anything as I am already doing a fat and cal counting so switching to pts counting won't be that much of a change. I already exercise everyday so that is a hurdle I don't have to climb over. I just have to gain control over my eating, learn to eat properly when eating out and stay on the program. Having to go and weigh every week and it being written down will help me stay on track I believe.
Here's hoping that by the end of August when we fly out to my favorite vacation destination, Las Vegas, that I am 50-60 lbs down!!!
