It's been a while since I've been on here (life just got crazy!!)

Thought I'd give an update.

I was up 2.4 lbs last week due to a really horrible week. My grandmother passed away so not only was their the grief & stress of that but everyone decides to bake for you!! AHHHH!!! Come on as if it isn't bad enough that I've lost a family member you now have to cook really bad for me stuff and then stay to watch me eat it! ARGH!!

OK I'm good now.

So when I found out that I gained 2.4 lbs I went right back on program but harder. I increased my activity (normally achieving 20-24 AP's a week but not eating them). I have now taken up running and this week I went over the 28 AP's! Horray. And it definately shows on the scale. Down 5.2 lbs!!! Holy cr@p!!

Now I'm only 17 lbs from goal! When I started out with 56 lbs to loose I thought it would take forever. But it's only been 3 1/2 months.

Hopefully that's a little motivation to all of you to earn your AP's!!!

Here's my update...

So last week I was down 0.8 lbs. And this week 3.0 lbs

I am only 14.4 lbs away from goal! AHHHH!!!

This is PMS week for me so I'm worried about what the scale will do. Time to kick up the activity points!!!

Update time....

So here I am at week 20 of Weight Watchers. I am down 3.0 lbs this week. This is the follow up to a 0.6 lbs loss during PMS week.

I have reviewed my goal weight and dropped it 4 lbs. I origionally was going to be happy with the highest end of my range (169 lbs) but I decided that I want to have some wiggle room. So my new goal is 165 lbs! I am 14 lbs away.

On Thurs next week I will purchase my next (and hopefully last) 10 week pass. I am hoping that I will reach my goal with a few weeks to spare so I only have to pay for a few extra ones to achieve my lifetime.

When I started on this program I never thought I would make it to goal. I did the math and said "No way can I loose 55 lbs". Now I am looking at loosing 59lbs in total.

Wish me luck guys. Hopefully I will be reporting that I am at goal soon.

I hope everyone has sucessful weeks. Just remember that if you fall off program just get right back on - it's just like riding a bike!

Hello everyone

1st - sorry to being away so long. Life has just gotten crazy!!

It's been super stressful the past few weeks. We are in the process of putting new flooring in my kitchen so I have been with out a stove for 3 weeks! Talk about stress. We've been living off BBQ, Toaster oven & microwave. Yet some how I haven't gained any weight.

That's right everyone - I still managed to pull off some amazing losses!!



I am only 8.2 lbs away from my goal
(this is the revised goal weight)



Not too excited. With my last 2 losses of 3 lbs & 2.6 lbs hopefully it won't take me long to take off the last bit.
