I used to post on this board back in September. Unfortunately Ihad to go away for a little while but I'm back now
I am 26 yrs old, live in West Palm Florida. I'm about 146 and would like to lose 20 lbs. I previously was in WeightWatchers in August til October, I only lost 7lbs but this time I really want to stick to it.
I'm an emotional eater so when I get upset, or even bored, I eat...which is so bad.
I am really interested in the monthly pass but unfortunately they are not offering it down here by me
Very sad!
I would love any great lunch ideas... I am running out of lunches to bring to work!
Also, does anyone know where I could buy Weightwatcher cereals, breads etc online?
